Thank you for your interest in the Irish Music Institute. Lessons must be booked in packages of four, and scheduled in advance within the space of five weeks. We recommend at least one thirty minute lesson per week.

By booking with us, you are agreeing to the following policies:

• Lessons will be booked in packs of four at time of purchase.
• The total cost is due up front.
• If a lesson must be rescheduled, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the start of the lesson.
• If a lesson must be cancelled, it must be done 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson. If a lesson is canceled within 24 hours of its start, the cost of the lesson is forfeited (except in extenuating circumstances).
• If a student fails to turn up for their lesson (a “no-show”), the cost of the lesson is forfeited (except in extenuating circumstances).
• If an instructor must miss a lesson for any reason, the student is owed a make-up lesson.

We understand that things do happen and occasionally extenuating circumstances arise. We encourage you to contact your instructor to make arrangements as necessary.
